Very nice NEW owners. Or new management. Good people that are working on improvements seemingly everyday! It is really nice to see owners of a hotel here in the springs take pride in there business! Staff are sweethearts and competent as well as helpful. Best price weekly in this area too. Nice cozy place for 1 or a family. As improvements continue I see it only excelling at one of the better Manitou Hotels. I am a local BTW so I can be a harsh reviewer. Nice to have a positive experience to write about today! Thanks Mountainscape good work!

My stay was very comforting and safe. Ron the manager was very accommodating for my situation, and children. When I faced plumbing problems at one room Ron quickly moved us to another room and upgraded our room. The room had great views, with the creek behind us. There is alot of homeless people in the west side area and Ronnie did a great job of maintaining awesome security and cameras around the place. It's a very quiet place to stay and my children and I felt safe and comfortable. At most motels there's alot of traffic coming and going, not here. Dogs and pets are welcomed. I paid a weekly stay for nearly 3 months, and Ronnie the manager even provided barbiques a few times for the weekly tenants and for anyone else staying there. The management is constantly making improvements.

The manager, Ron, is so wonderful. Anything you need he is right there. Harrison is excellent as well. They are always happy and cheerful. They make a great team. I've stayed in other motels and this is the most comfortable and safe. A wonderful place to stay. The deer are icing on the cake.

Stayed here for 5 months about a year ago don't charge her pets and if you're staying long-term you can even put stuff on the walls and porches to make it more homey more like a apartment than a motel the only downside is they're very strict on the parking and and outside guests at night, but they don't let the homeless setup shop and they keep it clean and you get to know the manager Ron who's a decent guy so I guess that is the trade off for not allowing guests late at night is you do get a safe place to stay so I guess it's not really a complaint more like just a FYI if I you have people coming at night I would recommend just letting management know. So overall I would recommend!

Small, cheap rooms for a quick getaway! Went on a last minute trip with family, and this place suited our needs perfectly. The inn itself is in a great location. Walking distance from red rocks open space, a 7 minute drive to garden of the gods, and a 6 min drive to the Manitou incline. The rooms have been recently renovated and come with an ac installled. Overall great place for a cheap getaway.

Ron the manager here is very hardworking and accommodating, we love it here, my dog loves it here, the people are very nice I've never had any problems. Our dog loves to go across the creek in the back and frolic with the wildlife, it's very clean always kept up and nice, the price is the best you can get around this area if your looking for something small and quiet. Plus there's free wifi and cable TV, And by the time you add everything up it's come out cheaper than most places around, and the location is perfect right behind the garden of the gods.

I am on my second extended stay here. You get what you pay for, for the money, this is a good value, compared to the other motels on the strip. The rooms are clean and bug-free, and the property is kept up. There are no addicts or hookers living there, nor would the managers permit it. The managing couple has young children, and they do not allow weed-smoking on the property, which is understandable. They are not mean to weed-smokers, they just don't want it around their kids. However there is plenty of land close to the rooms that is not on the property, where the residents and guests smoke pot. Internet and cable always work, nice creek out back where there are frequently deer and occasionally even a bear stops for a nap.

Management is very friendly and has been for the past seven months of our residency. The cleanliness of the rooms are always at best and landscape maintenance for spring is picking up and looking good. Fire mitigation on exterior of property is currently being taken care of and the place is starting to look fresh for spring. Very nice place for family or tourists to visit and have nice, peaceful, quiet, creek side short stay. Biking and hiking trail within half mile of motel are a plus. Fast food restaurant, grocery within half mile of motel. Great staying experience and beautiful view of Pikes Peak. Management is always professional and nice.
